Quincy Yu serves as the President.
Prior to founding SeaYu Enterprises, she was the President & CEO
of Ci2i, a provider of creative business management and production
services for the advertising industry that delivered the first comprehensive
Web-based system to integrate creative production workflow, collaboration,
and asset storage. Prior to Ci2i, Quincy was the President & COO
of Red Sky Interactive, an interactive marketing and branding service
firm known for its innovative and creative thinking and execution,
serving clients such as Absolut, Intel, Lands End, Nike, Procter
& Gamble and Miller Brewing. Prior to Red Sky Interactive, Quincy
was the Vice President of Operations and CFO of PeerLogic, Inc.,
a computer software company that provided enterprise class application
software and system integration services for corporate business
systems. Prior to entering the start-up company environment in 1985,
Quincy worked in the corporate world with Bank of America, PLM Industries,
Printing Industries of America and Armstrong World Corporation.
Quincy holds a MBA from Stanford University and B.S. from the University
of California at Berkeley.
Dennis L. Seaman serves as Vice President
of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining SeaYu Enterprises, he served
as Director of Relationship Management with Imagicast, Inc., a high
technology start-up company that delivered interactive selling solution
for the retail floor. Dennis was with Levi Strauss & Company, serving
in various sales and marketing positions over a 20-year period.
His last position was National Director of Sales and Marketing for
the Dockers brand. Dennis holds a B.S. from Arizona State University.
Mark Kertz serves as General Counsel.
Prior to joining SeaYu Enterprises, he served as Senior Vice President
and General Counsel at PeerLogic, Inc. Prior to PeerLogic, Mark
was an attorney at the law firm of Farrand Cooper in San Francisco,
California. Mark was a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County
of San Francisco where he served as counsel to the San Francisco
Board of Supervisors and various city departments including enterprise
agencies such as the San Francisco International Airport and Offices
of Community and Economic Development. Mark has been a member of
the California bar since 1979.
